CONTROLSERVE ENGINEERING, an ISO 9001:2015 organization, founded by well experienced astute professionals in Precision CNC Manufacturing, has been formed in June 2017 to cater the need of Industrial Valve Manufacturers and Mechanical Seal Manufacturers for Precision Machined Components.

Our team has over 20 years extensive experience in Precision Manufacturing of Valve Components (Trims), Mechanical Seal Components and General Engineering Components.

We have a sophisticated Machine Shop comprising five CNC Turning Centers, two Vertical Machining Centers with 4 and 5 Axis Machining Capability, a Digital Read-out Vertical Milling Machine and two Conventional Lathes at our facility.

Elevating Quality in Component Supply

We supply components as bought-out parts to customers. Raw Material manufacturers’ Mill Test Certificates and Third Party Material Test Certificates are handled and documented at extensive care. Hence, the products are easily traceable for material integrity and history.

We have a wide range of measuring instruments for Linear and Cylindrical dimensional parameters. Our staffs are well aware of the paramount importance of Quality. All technical staffs are well trained to handle all the measuring instruments.
